| Description |
English: In late 2005, Northern Constabulary began the transition from their own unique Force livery to the standard ACPO/ACPOS "Battenberg" styling. The only vehicles to be re-liveried were those of the Road Policing Unit (formerly a.k.a. HQ Traffic Dept). Other (General Purpose and Local Response) fleet vehicles were to remain as before, but all new vehicles taken into service would receive the new livery. the Force title, logo and English/Gaelic motto will continue to be used but in a smaller size. |
